Increase your Domino Login security using Google reCAPTCHA.
reCAPTCHA from Google is a free service that protects your website from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive CAPTCHAs to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on your site. It does this while letting your valid users pass through with ease.
Prerequisite before using this application:
1. Your Domino server and your user must have access to internet
2. You must have reCAPTCHA site key. Registere here
Installations:
1. Download this application, put into your Server Domino Data Folder
2. Using Domino Administrator client, sign this application with your admin.id or your server.id
3. COPY the SiteKey and SecretKey value you get from Google reCaptcha PASTE to config documents at this application
4. Open your domcfg.nsf, edit “sign-in mapping” document, change target database and target form.
5. If you are using internet site OR disabled anonymous access for your server then add this parameter HTTPPublicUrls to notes.ini on server
for example: for this case, parameter would be:
HTTPPublicUrls = /recaptcha_login.nsf*
6. Done!

Issue with the ReasonType returning “0” causing the button to be disabled after you put in a wrong username and/or password.

I’m having a big problem because I can not open the purchased database, being in version 8.5.3 (client and server). The file version is not recognized. Is it possible to have the base in a readable version ?
